I didn’t get my tour confirmation in my inbox, can you resend it?

  • In most cases, the confirmations are filtered into junk/spam folders. Please check for an email from info@winerytoursofniagara.com. If you still do not see it, please send us an email with the date of your reservation, name the reservation is under and confirmation number (if you have it) and we will resend it to the email address entered at the time of booking.

Where do the tours pick-up?

  • We provide round trip transportation from the main entrance of your hotel, Bed & Breakfast, vacation rental anywhere in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please note we do not offer pick up in St. Catharines. For groups 6+ taking the daily group tour, please call us for St. Catharines pick up location.

How long does the tour last?

  • Wine Tour Niagara with Cheese, Charcuterie and Icewine Truffles & the Signature Lunch Tour with (2) Course Lunch are approximately 4 ½ - 5 hours (including transportation, shorter duration with Niagara-on-the-Lake pick ups).

  • The Evening Beer & Wine Country Dinner tour is approximately 5 ½ - 6 hours. 

Do I get a confirmation receipt if I book online?

  • A confirmation is emailed IMMEDIATELY to the email provided at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy for daily group tours?

  • For our daily group tours, we offer a full refund as long as the tour is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to departure.

How do we redeem a gift certificate?

  • Please call us at 1-800-405-0670 at least 48 hours prior to your desired date to redeem a Gift Certificate.

How many people are on your tours?

  • Group sizes are small up to a maximum passenger capacity of 14 people per vehicle; however on occasion in peak season we may use our larger 23 and 26 passenger mini-buses

How soon can I expect a response from an online or phone inquiry?

  • You can expect a reply within 24 hours for a phone message or within 48 hours for an online inquiry.

Which credit cards do you accept?

  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.

If I am not staying overnight, where can I park?

  • Complimentary parking is offered at the Hilton Garden Inn, 500 York Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake. This is the closest location coming from the Toronto/Kitchener area. After the St. Catharines Skyway, take exit Glendale Avenue South and make a left off the exit ramp. Hilton Garden Inn is straight ahead. Pick up is from the main entrance. Your vehicle does not have to be registered with the hotel. Day tour pick up is between 11:00am – 11:10am. Evening Dinner Tour pick up is between 2:15pm – 2:30pm.

  • Complimentary parking is also offered at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 6700 Fallsview Blvd., Niagara Falls. Please inform parking attendant that you are taking the wine tour and you will be directed to parking for duration of the tour. Day tour pick up is between 10:35am – 10:40am from the main entrance. Evening Dinner Tour pick up is between 2:00pm – 2:15pm.

Do you offer pick up from Toronto area?

  • For private tour groups, we are happy to offer pick up within Toronto and surrounding area.

  • For daily tours, unfortunately we do not offer pick up from the Toronto area.

I don’t have a car, how can I get there?

  • GO Transit and VIA Rail provide convenient transportation to Niagara Falls. Please visit the respective websites for departure and arrival times.

Do you pick up from the Niagara Bus Terminal or VIA Rail?

  • Yes, we offer pick up directly from the bus terminal or VIA terminal between 10:15am – 10:30am for our day tours and between 1:45pm – 2:00pm for the Evening Beer & Wine Country Dinner tour. If times differ, we will call you at the contact number listed on the reservation.

How can I make a change to my reservation?

  • Please call us at 1-800-405-0670 and we would be happy to assist you with any changes required to your existing reservation. You can also email changes, including revised hotel pick up information and date changes to info@winerytoursofniagara.com

Can I add someone to an existing reservation?

  • Yes. Please call at 1-800-405-0670 as we do not keep your credit card on file and will need the credit card information to process the additional charge.

Is there refunds on Gift Certificates?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates.

Do we require advance reservations?

  • As our group sizes are small and space is limited, advance reservations are required. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance of your desired date. During the summer season, we recommend booking at least one week in advance for a Saturday tour.

Can we pay cash to the driver?

  • For security reasons our drivers are not able to accept cash on the day of the tour. Tours must be prepaid using a major credit card.

How long does it take until I receive my quote?

  • Please allow 48 – 72 hours for your quote to be emailed to the address provided. Please check your spam and junk folder as well.
